Returns

If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address, or because it was not collected from a recipient, we will have to charge you again the shipping costs in order to re-send it.  Sorry but that's life, however if you contact us and without any hesitation state that: "missed the postman because was listening to Manowar's Into Glory Ride in maximum volume" in that case we will put inside your new package some freebies (but you will still have to pay the shipping charges). Either way or another we will get in touch with you before any package is re-sent.
